Returns & Refunds

Sentimo Studio

We stand behind our pieces. If there’s an issue with your order, email us within 7 days of delivery at sentimostudio@gmail.com.

What to Include

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)

We review all requests within 7 business days. If approved, we’ll send you the correct return address and next steps.
⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

We cannot accept items that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks (hygiene reasons)

  • Sample items

  • Intentionally damaged items

  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery

  • Items printed correctly based on the submitted design but no longer wanted

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect customer information (wrong address, phone number, etc.)


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled while in “In Review” status.
Email sentimostudio@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel.


Production & Shipping Timeframes

Small orders:
Production: 3–7 business days
Ships by: Day 8

Bulk orders:
Production: 7–15 business days
Ships by: Day 16

If tracking information is not provided within these timeframes, we may issue compensation of up to 10% of the product price.
This does not apply if delays are caused by customer changes (design edits, address errors, etc.).


Claims

  • Damaged/misprinted items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Lost package claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
